HHS sued again over cuts to public health grants
In another lawsuit against the HHS over the grant cuts, municipalities in Texas, Tennessee, Ohio and Missouri, as well as a labor union, argue eliminating the funding would weaken their ability to respond to infectious disease outbreaks, like measles.
