Yale New Haven to pay Prospect $45M to end hospital acquisition dispute
With the agreement, the health system has officially gotten out of its 2022 deal to acquire Prospect Medical Holding’s three Connecticut-based hospitals, ending dueling lawsuits over the failed deal.
