UnityPoint Health, Presbyterian Healthcare Services call off cross-market merger

Amid financial woes and the exit of key executives, Presbyterian Healthcare Services and UnityPoint Health have decided against pursuing a merger, which would have formed a system of nearly 50 hospitals.
