HHS appeals block on vaccine mandate for healthcare workers

State and federal lawmakers are battling over the fate of a federal COVID-19 vaccine mandate for healthcare workers that will soon be decided in court. At least two major health systems have paused their vaccination requirements as a result of the pending litigation.
