Envision sues UnitedHealthcare over allegedly denied ER claims

Envision CEO Jim Rechtin called UnitedHealthcare’s alleged practice “cold, callous and inhumane,” according to a statement released Friday announcing a lawsuit was filed in a Tennessee federal court.
